Of all the people I\u2019m glad I\u2019ve met,
\nKind and funny, good as they get,
\nThere\u2019s one I\u2019m thinking of right now.
\nIt\u2019s our son Aaron, yes! And how!<\/p>\n
Oh when I think of heartfelt carin\u2019
\nMy mind, it races quick to Aaron.
\nWe celebrate: Today he\u2019s thirty!
\n(And yes, we know, he\u2019s sometimes nerdy.)<\/p>\n
When he was so little he testified:
\nDear Mommy and Daddy, I\u2019m satisfied.
\nFilled with such energy, creative, clever.
\nEnthusiasm dampened?\u00a0 No way! Never!<\/p>\n
Thoughtful and earnest, it’s him we admire.
\nConcern for people, that man does not tire.
\nReady to help, to lend a hand,
\nReady to listen, impromptu or planned.<\/p>\n
But also I must take note and mention,
\n(To cover the bases is my intention).
\nAaron is also a whole lot of fun,
\nHe jokes and laughs, is second to none.<\/p>\n
So on this your birthday, the big Number Thirty,
\nInstead of a package all wrapped nice and purdy,
