See my swollen
\nlittle finger
\nWill I go or
\nwill I linger?<\/p>\n
Pitter patter
\nin my chest
\nNo big deal, or
\nin peace I’ll rest?<\/p>\n
That dull pain in
\nabdomen mine,
\nmaybe cancer or
\nmaybe fine.<\/p>\n
Discomfort centered
\nin my head
\ncourse’s par
\nor pretty soon dead?<\/p>\n
Doc, d’ya think
\nI’m in big trouble,
\nleaving feet first
\non the double?<\/p>\n
Is my ending
\nuntimely, near
\nThese last few days:
